Group Reservations

We want you to bring your friends and family to Sight & Sound! To make the process as easy as possible for you, the group leader, we have developed a system for group reservations. To take advantage of these policies, you will need to place your reservation by phone at (800) 377-1277 Monday through Wednesday 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM ET and Thursday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM ET.

Group Size

  1. 15+ People for a 5% discount for each adult ticket.

Quick Tips

  1. Be prepared with 2 or 3 possible dates / times to see the performance(s).
  2. 2008 Show Season: Deposit is required within 30 days of placing the booking.
  3. 2009 Show Season: $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled 60 or more days before the show date.
  4. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to the show date.
  5. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.
  6. Seats are assigned upon full payment.

Contact Person
This is the person who places the reservation. The contact person is the only one allowed to access or make changes to that reservation. All correspondence is sent to the contact person at the address provided by at the time of the booking.

Restaurant Packages

  • We offer packages with some of the area's best restaurants. Create a show / meal package and let us take care of the meal arrangements for you!
  • Be prepared to give a 2nd or 3rd choice of a restaurant location as restaurants have limited seating capacity, and may be fully booked.
  • Our restaurants typically offer two styles of serving, Family Style or Buffet / Smorgasbord. Both are all-you-can eat. Family Style is a sit-down meal where the food is brought to your table to be passed around. For a Buffet / Smorgasbord the food is located at a serving area where you go to the area to serve yourself. Some restaurants offer a Plated meal.
  • Meals are not confirmed until you receive a Sight & Sound Theatres® statement. Prices vary from restaurant to restaurant.
  • If adding 10 or more persons to a confirmed reservation, the meal must be re-confirmed to assure they have available space.

Free Tickets

  • With the purchase of every 24 tickets, receive one additional ticket FREE.
  • When applicable, free ticket holders receive a complimentary meal.
  • Motorcoach drivers, by showing their CDL, will be admitted to our show and seated in an area designated for coach drivers. A paper ticket will not be issued. Drivers will receive a complimentary meal when applicable.

Counts

  • Depending on performance and meal package, rates may be different for each of the following age categories:
    • Adult: Age 19 and up
    • Teen: Age 13 - 18
    • Child: Age 3 - 12
  • When initially calling be prepared to give your best estimate of your total count. As people sign up keep record of the age categories. Call prior to sending final payment to adjust the final count for each age group, number of complimentary tickets and to confirm your final payment due.

Payment

  • 2008 Show Season: Our $100 deposit per event is non-refundable.
    2009 Show Season: Deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled 60 or more days before the show date
  • Do not send monies for additional reservations without first confirming by phone. Tickets purchased within 3 weeks of the show must be paid with a credit card at the time the additional seats are reserved.
  • If the required payments are not received by their due dates, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • In calculating your payment, remember to exclude the number of complimentary tickets. If you have paid your deposit, exclude that amount from your final payment.
  • Please have your credit card ready when calling. We accept AMEX, Discover, Master Card and VISA.
  • If sending a check or money order for payment, make it out to "Sight & Sound Theatres." Please write the reservation number on it to ensure payment is properly entered into your account.
  • When collecting money from your group members, their individual checks should be made out to you or your organization so that you may send us one check drawn from your account.
  • Refunds are paid to the owner of the reservation.

Seating

  • Seats are assigned upon receipt of full payment. The earlier the payment, the more seats are available for selection. After payment there are fees to make adjustments. If adding persons, payment by credit card is preferred.
  • Please inform us immediately if anyone in your group has a special seating need.

Tickets
For telephone reservations tickets are either emailed, mailed, or held at the appropriate theatre. All tickets purchased within 3 weeks of the show will be emailed or held.
