Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the price of all items. For shipping outside the US, call (717) 983-0210.

Will I know when my order is shipped? (Back to top)

Yes. You will be notified by email when your order leaves our warehouse. For most items, you will receive a tracking number that you may use to follow your order through the shipping process.

Standard shipping is included in the price of the product. We do not currently offer the option of choosing other shipping methods. For additional shipping questions, please call our merchandise line at (717) 983-0210.

What if I live outside the continental United States? (Back to top)

If shipping to an address outside the continental United States, please call our merchandise line at (717) 983-0210. You will not be able to complete your order online.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? (Back to top)

No. You will need a street address to receive shipment.

Do you ship to APO Boxes? (Back to top)

Yes.

May I use Gift Cards to purchase? (Back to top)

Yes. You may use Gift Cards, Credit Cards or a combination of both to make your purchase. Be sure to click on "View Balance" after entering your card number to verify the amount available on your Gift Card.

Are any of the products preshrunk? (Back to top)

Yes. Products that are preshrunk will include that information on the product details page. Products with a 50/50 Cotton/Polyester blend will experience minimal shrinking.

Are shirt sizes accurate? (Back to top)

The denim shirts tend to run larger than the size. The sweatshirts tend to run true to size.

Are the shows available on DVD? (Back to top)

Sight & Sound has some shows on DVD which can be found on the Shopping Music / DVD page.

Are lyrics included with the CD? (Back to top)

No.

Is the show's cast featured on the CD? (Back to top)

No. Our music is written and recorded early in the production process. The voices featured on the CD are professional vocalists in Nashville or Los Angeles.
